Trade Law Forum

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Trade Law Forum – Incheon 2016 will be the first edition of the most comprehensive business law forum ever in Asia.
Hosted by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific jointly with the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HccH), the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, the International Bar Association (IBA), the Korea Legislation Research Institute and the Korea International Trade Law Association, this innovative umbrella event will encompass a Flagship Conference, three seminars and a capacity building workshop over a wide range of international trade law topics, hosting over 50 speakers from different countries around the world and 6 international organizations, and featuring distinguished officials and prominent international speakers including the Chair of UNCITRAL, the Secretary General of HccH and the Attorney General of India.
